Turkish HRC market drags along floor
The Turkish hot rolled coil market continued to lull in the existing range, as expected, regardless of the increase in ferrous scrap prices. A cost-push price increase is unviable right now due to multiple import alternatives at continuously lower-than-domestic prices, and ample arrivals relative to demand, market participants tell Kallanish.
