Turkish exporters hail US’ preliminary HRC case determination
The US Department of Commerce (DOC)’s countervailing duty (CVD) ruling this week on hot rolled coil imports has proven once again that the Turkish steel industry is not subsidised, the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB) says.
