Turkish crude steel output falls in May
Turkish crude steel production fell -8% on-year in May to 3.06 million tonnes, although this was slightly higher than 3.04mt in April, according to the Turkish Steel Producers Association (TCUD).
Electric arc furnace-based output declined -7% on-year in May and BOF-based production fell -10.6%, TCUD says without providing tonnages.
