Turkish consumption slumps in January, flats exports surge
Turkish finished steel consumption slumped -43.3% on-year in January to 1.7 million tonnes, according to Turkish Steel Producers Association (TCUD) data monitored by Kallanish. Finished steel output fell -26.8% to 2.5mt.
