Turkish automotive production rebounds in September
Turkish automotive production rose 2.5% on-year in September to 136,236 units, driven by a 4.6% rebound in passenger car output to 90,359 units, Kallanish learns from the Turkish Automotive Manufacturers' Association (OSD). Commercial vehicle production, however, fell -1.4% to 45,877 units.
Demand for Turkish cars surged in September, with passenger car domestic sales doubling on-year to 35,308 vehicles, although exports still fell -5.5% to 67,590 units…
