Turkish imports fall, semis exports surge in February
Turkey's steel product imports registered a sharp drop of -39.7% on-year to 1.12 million tonnes in February, says the Turkish Steel Producers' Association (TCUD).
Flat steel imports decreased -20% y-o-y to 617,500t and longs imports fell by -30% to 107,000t in February, the association says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
