Turkey’s Q1 steel exports volume rises, value declines
Turkish steel exports rose by 3.2% year-on-year to 4.3 million tonnes in the first quarter, the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB) informs.
However, the total value of these exports decreased by -23% y-o-y to $2.1 billion, affected by the global decline in steel prices, the association says in a statement sent to Kallanish.
