Turkey's October steel imports drop on-year
Turkey's steel imports dropped -23.3% year-on-year to 1.25 million tonnes in October as both semi and flat steel product sourcing declined, according to the Turkish Steel Producers' Association (TCUD).
October's semi product imports decreased -38.5% on-year to 415,500t and flats intake fell -12.9% to 626,400t, TCUD says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
