August motor vehicle output inches up in Turkey
Turkish motor vehicle production edged up 1% year-on-year to 78,087 units in August, supported by a stable growth in passenger car production and exports, Kallanish notes from an industry report.
Passenger car production increased 16% y-o-y to 52,296 units in August, while commercial vehicle output declined -19% to 25,791, the Turkish Automotive Producers' Association (OSD) says in its monthly report.
