Turkey's automotive output grows 42% in May
Turkish automotive production increased 42% year-on-year to 125,190 vehicles in May, supported by increased exports and domestic sales, Kallanish notes from the Turkish Automotive Producers' Association (OSD) monthly report.
Automobile production in May was up 46% y-o-y to 76,569 units, after rising by 11% in April. Commercial vehicle (CV) production increased 36% to 48,621 units, following a -9% decline in April.
