Turkey’s Kocaer maintains first-quarter sales volume
Turkish sections producer Kocaer Çelik saw profit surge in the first quarter, Kallanish notes.
Kocaer Çelik’s sales remained almost unchanged at 137,554 tonnes in January-March. Value-added products’ share of total sales fell to 34.4% from 43.2% last year. The company mainly prefers order-based production and works with a minimum stock of products and raw materials, it says.
