Turkey’s Kocaer boosts 2022 profit
Turkish sections producer Kocaer Çelik saw significant exports boost performance in 2022, Kallanish notes.
Kocaer Çelik increased shipments by 7.3% on-year in 2022 to 533,238 tonnes. Value-added products’ share of total sales rose to 42% from 33.1% a year earlier. The company mainly prefers order-based production and works with a minimum stock of products and raw materials, it says.
