Turkey's H1 automotive production rises on increased exports
Turkish automotive production increased 9% year-on-year to 725,477 vehicles in the first half of the year, as increased exports offset the slight shrinkage in the domestic market, Kallanish notes from an industry report.
Passenger car production in H1 went up 13% on-year to 441,366 units and commercial vehicle (CV) output was up 3% to 284,111, the Turkish Automotive Producers' Association (OSD) informs in its monthly report.
