Turkey's first-half automotive output grows on strong exports
Turkish automotive production increased on-year in the first half of 2017 thanks to the continued growth in exports and reduced imports into the domestic market, Kallanish notes from a monthly industry report.
First-half motor vehicle production rose by 20% y-o-y to 869,158 vehicles. This is the highest production volume reached in the January-June period to date, OSD says in a statement.
