Turkey's finished steel consumption up 3.9% in January-August
Turkey's finished steel consumption growth rate slowed further in January-August, the Turkish Steel Producers' Association (TCUD) says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
In the eight months through August, Turkey consumed 23.6 million tonnes of finished steel, up 3.9% on-year. In January-July, however, the pace of growth was 5.2%, TCUD notes.
