Turkey’s Borusan Mannesmann to expand US operations
Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US, a subsidiary of Borusan Mannesmann, plans to become a local producer in the construction and general industry segments, in addition to its existing drill pipe production activities in the USA.
“In line with our company's strategic growth goals, we plan to invest $50 million to raise the existing 300,000 tonnes/year capacity to 400,000t and employ 85 new employees,” says Borusan in a statement seen by Kallanish.
