Turkey's automotive production rises in April
Turkish automotive output rose 2% year-on-year to 123,044 units in April thanks to a stable increase in passenger car production, Kallanish notes from the Turkish Automotive Producers' Association (OSD) monthly report.
April's passenger car production increased 11% y-o-y to 74,625 vehicles, while commercial vehicle (CV) production declined -9% to 48,419. This follows a 6% y-o-y rise in automobile output and a 1% rise in CV production in March.
