Turkey sets automotive production, export records in 2015
The Turkish automotive industry produced and exported a record-high number of motor vehicles in 2015 thanks to recent investments and growth in the European market, according to Turkey’s Automotive Manufacturers Association (OSD).
In 2015 Turkey produced 1.359 million motor vehicles, up 16% over 2014, and exported 992,000 units, up 12%, OSD says in a statement sent to Kallanish.
