Tubacex completes acquisition of Italy's IBF SpA
Spanish seamless stainless steel tube producer Tubacex has notified the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV) that it has finalised the purchase of a 100% stake in Italian tubemaker IBF SpA Kallanish notes.
Tubacex acquired 65% of the shares in the Italian company in January 2015 and has now executed its option to purchase the remaining 35% shareholding, the company confirms. The disbursement amounts to €11 million ($12.6m). The acqui…
