Tubacex and Senaat acquire tubular components manufacturer
Spanish stainless seamless tubemaker Tubacex tells Kallanish that it is expanding its business in the Middle East. It has signed a co-investment agreement with Abu Dhabi`s Senaat, for the acquisition of NOBU Group.
