Tubacex accelerates job cuts on negative outlook
Spanish stainless seamless tubemaker Tubacex says it will implement a drastic workforce reduction as the outlook for the coming years remains negative. The company has failed to reach a formal agreement with unions, but will move forward nevertheless, Kallanish notes.
