Tsingshan and Allegheny to found JV in US
Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) has recently announced that it reached an agreement about forming an innovative joint venture in the United States with Yongqing Limited Liability Company. The latter is an affiliate company of Tsingshan Group (Tsingshan).
