Trump pushes national security angle on steel trade
The US Department of Commerce has launched an investigation into the national security aspects of allegedly unfairly traded steel, Kallanish reports.
The so-called section 232 investigation, if it finds a pressing national security interest in steel, could allow the US Department of Commerce to levy blanket limiting measures on imports.
