Tosyalo Toyo set to start commercial operation
The flat steel plant of Tosyali Toyo, a Turkey-based joint venture between local flats and pipemaker Tosyali Holding and Japan's Toyo Kohan, is to start commercial operation, Kallanish learns from Tosyali's statement.
