Tosyali Algerie hits record DRI production
Tosyali Algerie set a global record daily production of direct reduced iron earlier this month, Kallanish learns from sources.
The company launched a new DRI module supplied by Midrex back in November 2018. The unit can produce up to 2.5 million tonnes/year of DRI. Earlier this month the company confirmed it reached a daily production level of 7,700t. If this production level is maintained it would mean that the plant is producing at full capacity.
