Tokyo Steel to restart HRC production

Japanese steelmaker Tokyo Steel plans to restart hot-rolled steel production at its Okayama steel plant in Kurashiki City in west Japan at the end of 2022. The plant has suspended production for seven years, Kallanish notes.
