Tokyo Steel keeps June offers flat
Tokyo Steel on Monday decided to maintain its list offers for retail sales in June level from May, Kallanish notes.
This is the second month in a row that it kept long steel product prices flat, and the third consecutive month for flat steel products.
The company explained that it maintained prices because it wants to carefully assess the market penetration of previous price hikes so far, and monitor the supply and demand environment in Japan and overseas.
