Tokyo Steel holds quotes for August sales
Japanese steelmaker Tokyo Steel has kept its finished steel offers unchanged for August sales amid weak summer demand.
According to the steelmaker's price list, hot-rolled coil is offered at JPY 112,000-114,000/tonne ($810-825/t), and plate offers range between JPY 118,000-122,000/t. The steel mill also offers H sections at JPY 127,000-145,000/t, Kallanish notes.
