TMK sells Yartsevo plant
Russian pipemaker TMK has completed the sale of its Yartsevo Metallurgical Plant (TMK-YaMZ), a large manufacturer of rebar located in the Smolensk region, to a third-party investor, Kallanish notes.
TMK has not disclosed the value of the transaction or the buyer.
The sale of TMK-YaMZ will allow TMK to focus on its core business – the development and supply of advanced pipe solutions, services and comprehensive engineering projects, the enterprise claims.
