TMK sees big gains in US
Russian steelmaker TMK saw an increase in both volume and pricing in its US division during the first quarter, Kallanish learns from the company’s quarterly earnings review.
TMK Ipsco’s revenue increased 75% year on year to $294 million, driven by a 13% increase in the average tubular price to $1,480/tonne and a 31% in oil country tubular goods consumption to 31%.
