TMK-Ipsco opens Wilder coating facility
US tube producer TMK-Ipsco has opened a new external coating line at its Wilder, Kentucky, facility, Kallanish learns from a company release.
The coating line can handle up to 250,000 tonnes/year of producer up to 24 inches in diameter. The overall capacity of the Wilder facility is 360,000 t/y. TMK-Ipsco is the US wing of Russian steel giant TMK.
