TK Terni remains for sale
Italy-based Terni Acciai Speciali remains the sole unit of Thyssenkrupp group to be up for sale, group chief executive Heinrich Hiesinger confirmed to news agencies last week.
As reported by Kallanish, Terni, being specialised in the production of stainless and special steels, remained excluded from the on-going talks regarding the merger of Tata Steel Europe and thyssenkrupp steel.
