TimkenSteel, USW begin contract negotiations
TimkenSteel and the United Steelworkers labour union plan to begin early contract negotiations on 21 August regarding the company’s Canton, Ohio, works.
The extant labour contract is due to expire 25 September, Kallanish reports.
“TimkenSteel is committed to reaching an agreement that is fair and equitable to both the company and union prior to the expiration of the current contract,” says TimkenSteel vice president Bill Bryan.
