TimkenSteel ups bar, tube prices
US specialty steelmaker TimkenSteel is increasing its base prices on special bar quality products and seamless mechanical tubing, Kallanish reports.
The $30/short ton increase on both products takes effect with spot shipments beginning 3 April. Extant orders covered by pricing agreements will not be affected.
All applicable surcharges apply.
