TimkenSteel adds Goodyear, Q2 executives to board
US specialty steel company TimkenSteel has added two new independent directors to its board, Kallanish reports.
The new directors are Q2 Software Inc executive fellow Ken Garcia and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company global environment, health, safety, sustainability and business continuity vice president Ellis Jones.
Their inclusion brings TimkenSteel’s board to 10 members.
