thyssenkrupp to sell elevator business
Germany’s thyssenkrupp AG is going to sell its Elevator Technology business unit to a consortium led by Advent, Cinven and RAG foundation. The elevator business is the group's third biggest segment in terms of generating sales. Following the divestment, the company’s main commercial activities will now be steel-related.
