thyssenkrupp group appoints new chairperson
Following the exodus of top-level personnel in the course of 2018, thyssenkrupp AG has revealed the name of its new chairperson.
Martina Merz, who had already joined the board temporarily as of 5 December, is to be confirmed at the next annual general meeting on 1 February.
