thyssenkrupp produces ammonia from steelmaking off-gases

In the context of its so-called Carbon2Chem campaign, Germany’s thyssenkrupp has announced that it has succeeded in producing ammonia from steel mill gases. The company claims that this is the first time in the world that steel mill gases, including the CO₂ they contain, have been converted into ammonia.
