Thyssenkrupp invests in Rotterdam terminal operations
Thyssenkrupp Steel says it has lined up a mid-double-digit million euro sum to be invested in modernising terminal operations at Ertsoverslagbedrijf Europoort C.V. (EECV) at the Port of Rotterdam.
An old ship unloader will be replaced by a new state-of-the-art unit, strengthening the future of EECV and thyssenkrupp Veerhaven, Kallanish learns. The new unloader is expected to be operational by the end of 2025.
