Ternium and NSSMC end dispute over Usiminas
Joint-investors Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metals Corporation (NSSMC) and the Ternium-Techint group have ended a long legal dispute over the management of Brazilian steelmaker Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais (Usiminas).
