Ternium and Nippon Steel agree Usiminas board composition
Joint-investors Nippon Seitetsu Kabushiki Kaisha (Nippon Steel Corporation) and the Ternium-Techint group have agreed on a new management team for Brazilian steelmaker Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais (Usiminas), Kallanish learns from the company.
The new executive board will have six members, namely a chief executive officer and five vice-presidents.
