Tenaris to start up Texas sucker rod plant
Tube producer Tenaris USA plans a July start-up for a new sucker rod manufacturing facility in Conroe, Texas, Kallanish reports.
In a press release, the company says it will begin training employees and activating equipment in March to prepare the plant for full operations this summer.
Construction of the facility was completed in 2017, but Tenaris postponed the plant opening due to a downturn in market conditions.
