Tenaris sells US structural tube business to Maruichi
Tenaris has agreed to sell its US subsidiary Geneva Structural Tubes to MMK USA for $15 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the month.
Geneva Structural Tubes is a manufacturer of square and rectangular welded pipe located in Geneva, Nebraska, with an annual tubemaking capacity of 60,000 tonnes.
