Tenaris sales dip in second quarter, outlook negative
Tenaris saw sales volumes dip year-on-year in the second quarter, following the collapse in global oil consumption as a result of measures taken to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. This resulted in a steep build-up of inventories around the world, the pipemaker says.
