Tenaris foresees 2020 offshore rebound, improved sales mix
Tenaris says oil majors are still reluctant to sanction large offshore projects, but that activity should pick up in 2020. Besides negotiating higher contract prices in the international market segment, the pipemaker expects a positive impact from a higher sales share of premium products versus welded linepipe.
