Tenaris considers de-listing from Argentine stock exchange
Global tube maker and supplier Tenaris, has announced an intention to evaluate the de-listing of its stocks from the Buenos Aires stock exchange, Kallanish learns from the company.
The possibility needs to be approved in a general shareholders meeting. If this is approved, the company will de-list in Argentina but remain listed in the New York, Milan and Mexican stock exchanges.
