Tenaris buys Oklahoma tubular logistics company
Tubular producer Tenaris has acquired tubular services and logistics firm Garrett LLC of Oklahoma, Kallanish reports.
Garrett’s holdings include a 100-acre storage facility, threading and testing operations and a truck fleet.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Tenaris anticipates that Garrett will support its so-called Rig Direct service model, which includes well site services and string design in addition to tubular supply.
