Ten Chinese steelmakers plan maintenance in May
Ten Chinese steelmakers have announced their maintenance plans for May. Restrictions on steelmaking to control pollution are encouraging mills to arrange maintenance to control production and emissions, and to ensure environmental equipment is installed, Kallanish notes.
