Tata Steel sees rise in annual production, deliveries

Tata Steel India’s crude steel production grew by 4.24% on-year to 19.87 million tonnes in the fiscal year ended 31 March 2023 (FY23), against 19.06mt produced a year earlier, Kallanish notes. The firm says it achieved its highest annual crude steel production by debottlenecking across sites and ramping up newly-acquired Neelachal Ispat Nigam.
