Tata Steel divests indirect Chinese subsidiary

India’s Tata Steel has offloaded a Chinese subsidiary company, Kallanish learns from a stock exchange filing. The steelmaker has divested its entire equity stake in its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Kalzip Guangzhou Limited to Shanghai Qinheng International Trade Co Ltd.
